Referrals are accepted from a wide range of trusted sources to ensure accessible and coordinated support. We work closely with local authorities, NHS teams, and housing providers, while also welcoming referrals directly from families and self-funders. We operate strong safeguarding, governance and quality assurance processes. Staff receive mandatory training including safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, medication, first aid, infection control, positive behaviour support, autism/LD (Oliver McGowan) and the Care Certificate.
